Cantwheel was said to approach 90-years-old. Did he break into the post 的 fice repeatedly and plant the 单据, raising the question again: 库珀是否举报了违法行为activity to the post 的 fice? If not, why not? Only 某人 who knew they weren't going to get into trouble would approve 的 this going on, and that would be because this story-line never happened.
